What if your boss is very abusive? what if he's always telling you to do something that is outside of your job? what if he's not paying you overtime? what if he's always embarrassing you infront of a lot of people and making you feel lesser of who you really are? what if you already worked your dumbass for ten years and still you haven't got any raise? there is only on solution for that... LEAVE!!
Leave right away and never wait, never give your boss another chance, leave that stinky company. The reason why people are abusing you is because you're letting them abuse you, as simple as that. You're letting them control you, you don't love yourself.
