The main reason you can't move is you think you're special, you think you're the chosen one, you don't want to get embarrassed, you don't want to look like a fool and be called stupid. In other words, you're so afraid to make a mistake, who do you think you are? you're not special, stop think that you are entitled of a free pass, stop being soft and just take actions. Take the risk, stop caring about your reputation and status, destroy your identity and never care if all people starts laughing at you. You don't know them, they don't know you, the concept is to keep trying and do whatever it takes to get what you want, even if it means embarrassing yourself infront of millions of people, even if it means trying for a million times just to become right once. Don't be afraid to get tired, don't be afraid to humiliate yourself, your life will only get better if you give yourself a chance to win even if you need to fail a million times, so be it. Even if you need to make a lot of mistakes and people call you stupid, so be it. What's unacceptable is you live according to their rules and you didn't give yourself a chance to win. WHAT IF YOUR COACH IS NOT USING YOU FOR THE GAME?
Let's say you're a good basketball player but your coach doesn't like you so he's not using you in the game. You feel so depressed, your confidence is going down and you're losing the trust in yourself, you're not motivated anymore because you knew you're not going to play for the next game. Here is what you need to do if you're in this kind of situation... work harder, follow your coach but follow your instincts too. Just pretend that you're listening to him, pretend that you're getting his inputs but when the time come that you're playing... you need to unleash yourself, you need to take as much shots as you can, never pass the ball, it's your time to shine because you never knew if he's still going to use you for the next game.
When you're on the court during pressure situation stop following the play designed for the star player, get the ball and drive or take a jump shot. It doesn't matter if you miss, it doesn't matter if your coach will shout at you, just ignore him but never show an attitude, just stay calm and never mind what he's saying.
Because at the end of the day he didn't trust you so why trust him, it's not that you're disrespecting him, you just need to give yourself a chance to succeed, if you're on the court for a limited playing time... shoot the ball as much as you can, that's what your mindset should be. It doesn't matter if you look like a fool out there, work as hard as you can and never stop playing.

IF YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT THE MOMENT, HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Don't waste your time lying on bed and day dreaming, don't feel pressure that you must fall asleep now because you still have a lot of things to do tomorrow so you need more energy. If it's already 3:45 am and you can't fall asleep yet then stand up, do something, work, do anything positive. Don't look at your cellphone, don't scroll on instagram, don't waste your time on social media, make yourself productive. Don't be afraid of the time, it will pass anyway. The one thing that you must be afraid of is if you're wasting a lot of time. Don't worry if you need to wake up early later but you haven't fell asleep yet, don't worry if you don't have enough energy stored in your body that you have to use later, just don't be scared to work now and do something positive for yourself and for your dream. Don't waste time lying on bed and worrying about your sleep, stand up right away and do something that will improve you. Read a book, do some push ups, study your lessons, hustle a little bit online. There are lot of things to do if you can't sleep, don't just lie on bed and take any second for granted, don't worry if you have no sleep, just be in the moment and make yourself productive every time you are awake.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE STUCK FOR A LONG TIME?
Has it ever happen to you when you keep on working hard, you keep on trying but it seems like you're always getting bad luck and not making anything work? do you ever feel stuck? the truth is you're not stuck, you just don't want a slow pace, you just want to become successful fast, you just want to become rich fast and doesn't want to undergo the process. You want shortcuts, you want to feel good, you want to look good fast, you don't want to struggle. In other words all you want is instant, you don't want to sweat for it.
You're not stuck, it's just a perspective, it's just you don't want to work hard. If you will work hard today and do everything to make a progress then you will make a progress, how can you be stuck if nothing can stop you from taking actions? it's too simple, just move and do something positive and you will never be stuck anymore. You feel so stuck because you're allowing yourself to be stuck.
Don't do the things that make you stuck, it's focusing too much on other people's lives, watching other people's journey on social media, watching too much K drama, etc. You have to force yourself to move and never take this day for granted, you will never become stuck if you keep moving. Just stop being lazy and you're good, work on yourself, make yourself better, work on something, chase your goals. You will never feel stuck again if you're not sticking on something that's not helping you.
Being stuck means not doing anything, you have to do something to avoid feeling that way. You don't want to take actions because you want to feel perfect, you want a smooth sailing, you don't want to struggle a little bit. But life doesn't work that way, you have to experience the difficulty of taking actions if you want to make a little progress. Just do it, just start it even if it doesn't feel right, it's better to be moving than not doing anything at all.

You will feel so low, you will feel helpless and hopeless. What are you going to do if this happens to you? There is no other way but to do it yourself, help yourself, take actions, work hard and push yourself to the limits. Even if nobody really wants to help you anymore, even if all of them were telling you to quit... still keep pushing forward and never stop. Do whatever it takes to win and get on top.
If nobody wants to help you so be it. It happens, you're alone, nobody cares, they don't want to listen to your ideas anymore because you couldn't even make a small progress. It's too predictable that you're going to lose but you should never quit, never think about it for a second. Keep fighting, fight for yourself, do it for yourself, have some pride and never quit. Even if they are giving you an advice that is a better way, even if everyone gets mad at you because you're not following their practical advice... still do it your way. Do it even if you have a lot of doubts in yourself, do it even if you're not sure that you're going to succeed. Do it even if the percentage of failing is very high, trust me... good things will come to those who take actions even if they are so scared.
